1. Generalities
1.1 - Bidouland is a simulation game where the player is the manager of an attraction park and must develop as much as possible his park by building new attractions that will bring as many visitors as possible and this become the best attraction park.
2. Registration
2.1 - During his registration, the user must enter a Nickname that will serve as username when connecting to the website. Every user is due to give a valid email address.
2.2 - One physical person can only have one Nickname in the game. Should another account be created, the administrators have the right to suppress every account, including the first one, with no more explanation.
2.3 - User must enter a password that will enable them to identify the next time they connect to the website and must be careful that it remains confidential.
2.4 - Webmasters will not forward, give, trade or sell any of your data, in conformity to the Cnil and the French Netiquette (Declaration of automated processing of data submitted to the CNIL, n°1161579).
2.5 - Every player has a right to see, modify or suppress his own data via a modification form given once connected to the website.
2.6 - If a player does not connect to the game for 3 days in a row, his park will be frozen and will not be taken into account anymore for the day to day updates.
2.7 - If a player does not connect to the game for two months in a row, his account will automatically suppressed.
3. Game
3.1 - Cheating and hacking is formally forbidden on this website, as well as benefit from a bug, every user who does not abide by this will be sanctionned according to the prejudice for the website.
3.2 - Any player that discovers an error in the programming, security loophole or any default that may alter the game's quality, must immediately contact the website's administrators to tell them of it.
3.3 - The use of mechanisms, softwares, scripts or any automatized methods that may give an advantage to a player is forbidden. Functions like automatic refreshening and other mechanisms that are part of Internet navigators are included in this rule. 3.4 - The administrators are not reponsible for the eventual problems that the use of the game might cause.
